#Hey hey! Brilliant work and congratulations for finally getting this site up.
Was really surprised when I saw the site as it reminded me of an article I wrote about 2 years back for a University Journalism assignment about scanlations/subbing.
I was wondering whether you would ever cover on copyrighted scans being scanlated in by fans? Mangaupdates seems to have a listing of groups that scans in copyright materials such as from Tokyopop or DMP and publishes them online. It was the topic that I chose to write on and I compared how it would work with scanlation groups.

Mangaupdates has a policy against scans of English Works. If you find one, please report it to us so that we can remove the scans and ban the user who reported them.
We can't check every single release, and after a while, its possible for people to sneak things through.
