I think that
1)changes made by yourself should be masked out
2)every page entry in this changes summary should state the last modification date
this would improve teamwork a lot

I have now modified the script.
You still see all changes, but in details you see the red color if the changes are made by you. Normal black color is thus new from another. 
Last change date is also added behind every changed balloon and page.

Confirmed.
I suggest that
Detail view changes:
- BnFnT_v4_ch24_p045.png has 3 new or edited balloons. (17:04 Apr 06 2006)
becomes
New or edited baloons:
- BnFnT_v4_ch24_p045.png [3] (17:04 Apr 06 2006)
this way every entry will occupy one line instead of two.
