This is the easiest part of your job as a cleaner. However if you rush into this you can still make some mistakes.
We're going to work with this example.

Step 1 --> Click with your mouse on the eraser tool.

Step 2 --> Change the diameter of your eraser tool to the number you prefer.

Step 3 --> Move your mouse to the text you want to erase.
Step 4 --> Click on your mouse, hold it like that and start to erase the text. Let go when you're done.

Step 5 --> Clean the page until it looks like this.

Now all we have to do is clean this part.

Step 6 --> Click with your mouse on the Polygonal lasso tool.

Step 7 --> Select the same area as the example below. Make sure your background color is white.

Step 8 --> Hit on Ctrl, x.
Step 9 --> Select with the 'Polygonal Lasso tool' this area.

Step 10 --> Hit on Ctrl, C then Ctrl, V.
Step 11 --> Click with your mouse on the 'Move Tool'.
Step 12 --> Go with your mouse to that little dotted line.

Step 13 --> Click on it.
Step 14 --> Right click with your mouse and select 'Flip Horizontal.'
Step 15 --> Rotate the latter with -90 degrees and apply the transformation.

Step 16 --> Move the layer to this area.

Step 17 --> Start to erase parts of the layer till it looks similar to this.

All that there's left are those twinkle stars. Make sure the final outcome is similar to this one below.
